Contract & Bulk Purchasing

Timely & Informed Decisions
Procurement decisions makers have the ability to approve or reject requisitions, queries and PO’s from any device, any where. This is achieved through a mobile application that provides all details required to make the purchasing decision. Users are notified of decisions pending and are presented with all information required to make that decision.
Closely Control Budgets
AMOS Procurement enables the implementation of spending limits for authorized personnel, thus providing control over budget, whether it’s managed on board or ashore. It also allows users to allocate costs against budget codes and provides a breakdown of ship and fleet expenditure: committed, accrued, and paid. The system provides month-by-month analyses and even issues automatic budget warnings.
E-commerce and Accounting
The optional E-commerce module provides seamless two-way communication with suppliers via the commonly used ecommerce platforms in the maritime industry or by letting the supplier type information directly into a self-service form, which is then automatically imported into AMOS Procurement. The optional Accounting module expands the reporting abilities by enabling the use of cost centers and account codes to register different types of expenditure and to record how resources are used. Cost centers are financial areas against which expenditure is registered and the use of resources recorded.
Mobility
A web and mobile based application designed to support informed purchasing decision making from any device, any where. The approvals app improves response times, simplifies the purchasing process and increases budget control. Core functions include:
- Requisition and query management
- PO approval and budget control
- Notification engine
